Privacy
This page explains what AdGoat, a digital agency in India working with creators and brands, does with information from this website. The short version: we only get what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don't track you.
What you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive:
- your first and last name
- phone number
- email address
- anything you write in the message box
We use this only to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange the work with you. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.
The form is handled by FormSubmit, a form service that emails your message to our team inbox.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it to reply and, if you book with us, to manage the booking. After that we delete it.
No tracking or analytics
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. We don't know who visits or what you look at.
What's saved in your browser
Some page effects keep a small note in your browser's session storage while you browse. It is deleted when you close the tab and never leaves your device.
Other services this site uses
A few parts of the site load from other companies. Each one only receives the technical details any website gets when your browser asks it for a file, such as your IP address and browser type.
- Google Fonts loads the typefaces. Your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, which shares your IP address with Google.
- jsDelivr serves some of the code libraries the site uses. Like any file host, it sees your IP address when your browser fetches a file.
- ImageKit hosts the site's photos and video. It sees your IP address when your browser loads an image.
- Unsplash hosts some of the stock photos on the site. It sees your IP address when your browser loads an image.
- WhatsApp If you tap a WhatsApp button, the chat opens in WhatsApp, run by Meta. What you send there is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- esm.sh serves the code for the animated background. It sees your IP address when your browser fetches it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just get in touch using the details below and we'll sort it out.
